Safety at work "Safety", as a fundamental element of production processes, is for us above all prevention by providing our customers with a tool of new and efficient tools to reduce the risk of accidents and placing the worker at the center as the main actor of safety.

Every accident is a defeat, for the worker, for his colleagues, and for the Company, and our strategy is to work constantly to reduce the risk of it happening rather than limiting ourselves to merely carrying out the bureaucratic tasks to define who is responsible.

The goal to aim for is "zero injuries"

the only way to never have guilty and responsible but above all to guarantee all workers go home after work. The legislation provides for a growing number of obligations and deadlines on the part of the employer and the Company in the field of Safety, generating an overwhelming sea of paper and bureaucracy useful, perhaps for defining responsibilities in the event of an accident but not very functional for preventing injuries. Over 80% of accidents are linked to the behavior of workers and only by working on people and their behavior can the risk be significantly reduced.

The method developed by SWI places the worker as the active fulcrum of the prevention system, obtaining unattainable results with the ordinary Safety tools (risk assessment, procedures, operating instructions) which nonetheless remain agile supports, obviously foreseen.

SWI provides its customers with all the consultancy and technical and practical support for the development of completely customized behavioral models designed on specific needs, aimed at significantly reducing the risk of injury, through the use of specially developed software that allows an audit system in the field that can be directly analyzed and measured.

Through statistical analysis and the creation of special reports, we can provide our customers with a whole series of KPI "Key Performance Indicators" in the field of Safety by having measurable values to demonstrate the effectiveness of the actions implemented by the Company and the objectives achieved.

The implementation of an audit system in the field of continuous and measurable verification of behavior also makes it possible to give evidence of the prevention and protection measures adopted by management, reducing their responsibilities according to Law 231/01. The advice on Safety that we provide is complete: from direct support to the Employer also performing the functions of RSPP and ASPP, with personnel with many years of experience and skills, to strategic advice to the Company's HSE Office and/or the supply of the external HSE Service, from the development and maintenance of the Quality, Environment and Safety Management Systems to the creation and management of the 231 Model.
